pc usb ports not working

When my pc was opened I could use neither keyboard nor mouse. I've tried all other ports and another mouse but nope nothing worked at all. Then, I've found a PC/2 keyboard and plugged it in. It was working. So, I deleted all USB drivers and restart my pc. Windows installed all USB ports driver again, but they still don't work.
